Selection criteria for your club’s Community Champion
- Club membership
- Must be a current and active member, staff or volunteer of an active Improve your long game golf club in Western Australia.
- Commitment to health and wellbeing
- Demonstrates an interest in promoting sun-safe behaviours and supporting the wellbeing of club members.
- Team player with club support
- Has the formal support of club leadership for sign-off of application (committee or manager).
- Availability and time
- Willing to commit to a short online training session.
- Willing to promote and encouraging sun-safe behaviours, including images of Community Champion resources in action.
Swing into action for sun safety
Take the lead in creating a healthier, sun-safe environment for your golf club. As a Community Champion, you’ll be giving back by ensuring everyone enjoys the game safely under the sun.
